Victoria Eisner, MA, ADTR, NCC

Victoria Eisner has been teaching and practicing verbal and body-centered therapy for twenty years. Ms. Eisner, formerly with the Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt, brings over eleven years experience to her treatment of disordered eating and body image disturbances.
Ms. Eisner is currently the director of the Center for Body and Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy where she offers a range of services using her unique skills to evaluate and then conceptualize verbal and experiential interventions for individuals, couples and groups.

Deborah Kauffmann, RD, LDN
|
Deborah Kauffmann has been providing nutrition counseling for disordered eating to adults and adolescents, as well as children and their families, since 1990. She is the former Director of Nutrition Services at the Center for Eating Disorders at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson.
Deborah is one of the pioneers of the nondiet approach to weight management in the Baltimore area. She also offers Largely Positive, a free support group for adults of size. Deborah is a member of the American and Maryland Dietetic Associations and the Association for Size Diversity and Health.

Julie R. Newman-Toker, MD

Dr. Newman-Toker is board certified in both adult and child/adolescent psychiatry.
For more than a decade, she has treated patients with eating disorders, working with individuals, families and groups.
In her private practice, Dr. Newman-Toker takes an integrative approach to treatment, offering both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.
She is adjunct Assistant Professor at John Hopkins University where she teaches psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Arthur J. Rosenbaum, LCSW-C

Mr. Rosenbaum is a family therapist in private practice.
He has spent twenty years providing individual, couple and family therapy in a variety of settings.
Mr. Rosenbaum spent nine years as the family therapy consultant and family therapy supervisor for the Center for Eating Disorders in Towson, Maryland.
Mr. Rosenbaum is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Maryland School of Social Work where he teaches courses in family therapy and group therapy.

Erin Spotte, RD, LDN

Erin Spotte has been a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist since 2001 and has counseled clients in a variety of health settings.
For the past several years, her primary focus has been in the area of weight management and disordered eating, formerly at the Center for Eating Disorders at St. Joseph Medical Center and Sheppard Pratt Health System in Towson.
She holds a Certificate in Training in Child & Adolescent Weight Management and is a member of the American and Maryland Dietetic Associations.

Stacey Uebersax, Psy.D.

Dr. Uebersax is a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders.
Prior to entering private practice, her training and work experiences in this area include an inpatient hospital unit, a residential treatment center and a university counseling center.
Dr. Uebersax works with adults, adolescents and children, providing individual, group and family therapy, as well as coordinating care with all members of the treatment team.
Dr. Uebersax's professional affiliations include the Academy for Eating Disorders, the National Eating Disorders Association, the American Psychological Association and the Maryland Psychological Association.

The Eating Disorder Consortium does not imply or in any way intend to establish a joint group practice, a single legal professional entity or employer/employee relationship.
No monies or fees are exchanged by any of the Consortium participants for listing in the Consortium.
All practitioners, in the Consortium, maintain separate practice policies that are not subject to any rules or restrictions by Consortium participation.
Any client/patient entering into treatment with any of the providers listed, in the Consortium, are clients/patients of that practitioner and that practitioner's practice only.
All fee-related policies/procedures, including but not limited to insurance arrangements for treatment, evaluation, consultation or otherwise are the domain of the individual practitioner and must be addressed, arranged and determined by and between each practitioner and client/patient.
License and Insurance
The practices of all providers are separate and independent such that no party has control, authority or liability over the nature, type and function of the other party's practice.
No party is responsible for the actions, treatment decisions, practice procedures or debts of any other party.
All parties are independently licensed and insured.
All parties function as solo practitioners separately licensed and insured.
